Portable Toilet Rental Terms in Milford Mill, MD 21244
Last Updated: 10/29/2026
What Our Portable Toilet Service Covers
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to portable toilet rental services provided by Maryland Toilet Rentals in Milford Mill and nearby areas. The written quote or service order describes the units, delivery location, rental period, servicing schedule, and pickup arrangements included for your job.
Please provide accurate site details and make sure our crew can safely reach the placement area. Extra units, added cleaning, relocation, extended rental time, or work outside the agreed order may require a separate quote and your approval.
Portable toilet service does not automatically include permits, utility work, site preparation, waste-system repairs, or accessible units unless the order says so. Customers remain responsible for site-specific approvals.
Applicable requirements may include OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 and 1910.141, the 2010 ADA Standards §§ 213 and 604, Maryland Environment Article, Title 9, COMAR 26.04.02, and Baltimore County temporary-use permits. Requirements depend on the site and use.
Maryland agencies and county offices, including health and permitting departments, may provide guidance.
Booking, Changing, or Cancelling a Service
We schedule delivery, servicing, and pickup after confirming the service address, requested dates, unit needs, access conditions, and availability. A booking is confirmed when Maryland Toilet Rentals communicates acceptance of the order.
Share any gate codes, access limits, placement instructions, or site-hour restrictions before the scheduled visit. Customers should give notice as early as possible to cancel or request a date, quantity, or location change. The quote or service order may state any applicable cancellation or change charges.
Changes are not approved until we confirm them. A request that adds units, extends the rental, changes the placement area, or alters the servicing plan may affect the price and schedule.
We will explain the proposed adjustment and seek approval before performing added work, except where immediate action is reasonably needed to address a safety concern or protect property. Delays caused by weather, blocked access, unsafe conditions, or circumstances outside our control may require rescheduling. We will communicate a revised plan when practical.
Quotes, Charges, and Payment Terms
A quote is based on the information you provide, including the service location, rental period, number and type of units, access, and requested servicing. It describes the work and charges included; items not listed are not included automatically.
Unless the quote states otherwise, payment is due according to the invoice or service order. You are responsible for reviewing the documents and raising questions before approving the work.
If site conditions or a request changes the agreed scope, we will explain any added charge and ask for approval before proceeding. Scope means the specific units, dates, delivery, servicing, and pickup agreed in writing.
Charges may also be affected by a rental extension, restricted access, or an extra trip when those items are not part of the original order. Payment does not waive either party’s rights regarding a disputed charge.
Contact us promptly if an invoice appears inconsistent with the approved quote, so we can review the records and clarify the amount.
Service Quality and Warranty Limits
Maryland Toilet Rentals will provide the services listed in the accepted quote or service order. These terms do not establish a separate workmanship warranty, a fixed coverage period, or a guarantee of uninterrupted operation; any specific warranty or service commitment must be stated in writing and accepted by both parties.
If you believe a delivery, servicing visit, or pickup did not match the agreed order, contact us promptly with the service address, date, and a description of the issue. We can review the order and determine an appropriate response based on the agreed work and circumstances.
Coverage or corrective work may not apply to conditions outside our control, including misuse, damage by others, unauthorized movement, blocked access, or site conditions that prevent safe service. Do not modify or relocate equipment without permission.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Any applicable manufacturer warranty is separate from our service terms and is governed by its own written conditions.
Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses
To the extent allowed by law, Maryland Toilet Rentals’ responsibility for a claim arising from a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions, inaccurate site information, unsafe access, customer or third-party conduct, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. This limit does not apply where applicable law does not permit it, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Customers must identify hazards and arrange safe, accessible placement. Applicable rules may include OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 for construction sanitation, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 for general industry sanitation, and the 2010 ADA Standards §§ 213 and 604 for accessible toilet facilities.
Maryland Environment Article, Title 9, and COMAR 26.04.02 may apply to pollution controls and sewage or septic systems. Site-specific Baltimore County permits may also apply.
These references do not determine permit requirements for every property; customers should confirm applicable obligations with the relevant authorities.
Questions About These Service Terms
For questions about these terms or an order, contact Maryland Toilet Rentals at (844) 402-2049 or [email protected]. Written correspondence may be sent to Windsor Corporate Park, 2520 Lord Baltimore Dr, Windsor Mill, MD 21244.
Include your name, service address, and quote or invoice details so we can identify the matter. These contact details are for service and policy questions; they do not replace any notice method required by law or stated in a signed agreement.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with its effective date or shared directly with affected customers when appropriate.
Changes generally apply to orders accepted after the update, unless the law requires otherwise or both parties agree in writing to a different arrangement. The terms in effect when an order is accepted govern that order unless a written agreement says otherwise. If one part is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply as permitted by law.

Service Expert at Maryland Toilet Rentals
I started this business after years working around job sites and event setups in Milford Mill and nearby Baltimore County communities. I learned that reliable restroom service depends on planning for tight residential streets, busy work sites, and Maryland rain and cold—not just dropping off a unit.
